The Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TÜSEV) was established in 1993 and works to create an enabling environment for civil society. With a network of more than 80 members, TÜSEV addresses common and emerging challenges facing civil society in Turkey. Its work focuses on promoting a supportive legal framework, increasing resources for civil society, strengthening the sector’s visibility and credibility, and empowering civil society actors through research, knowledge sharing, and information provision.

Bolu Community Foundation, the only community foundation currently operating in Turkey, is represented on TÜSEV’s Board of Trustees, bringing a community foundation perspective into the organisation’s work.
