TerritoriA Colombia is the national support organisation behind the movement of community foundations in Colombia. Community foundations operate in diverse regions (including Bogotá, Medellín, Barichara, Alto Putumayo, Guasca). The organisation champions community philanthropy through initiatives such as the SolidariDAR giving circles and a Regeneration Fund. In 2024 alone, five new foundations were established, $1.1 billion COP mobilised, and wholehearted support given to local promoters—over 4,500 volunteer hours were contributed. TerritoriA also convenes annual gatherings (Summits) and foster collective identity, co‑create strategic tools (like a manifesto), and strengthen the Territorial Foundations network through shared learning and capacity building.

The Ibero‑American Learning Community on Community Foundations (CIAF) is a regional peer-learning network of territorial/community foundations and support organisations across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. Under the leadership of TerritoriA Colombia, CIAF orchestrates study visits, workshops, and virtual sessions to exchange knowledge, strengthen practices, and foster ecosystem-building around community philanthropy.
