Mosaico – Laboratorio Social is a Lima-based non-profit social innovation lab operating across Latin America. Mosaico’s mission is to “strengthen social ecosystems to spark transformations of unity and compassion” . It works by fostering encounters—through workshops, retreats, and consultancy—to discover personal and collective purpose, accelerate social initiatives, and weave thematic or territorial movements that build trust and drive sustained impact.
Its core intervention model, known as Alma, Acelera, Articula (“3 A’s”), supports individuals, organisations, and communities in a three-phase approach: activating authentic purpose; incubating and scaling impact-driven organisations; and articulating broader movements through systemic alliances. With over 3,000 leaders empowered, 200+ organisations accelerated, and 300+ allies mobilised across the region, Mosaico blends creative diagnostics, venture studio processes, leadership training, and collective convenings to propel social change.
