It’s all about you(th) – 2026 Reconnect

Since 2024, we have been working with community foundations across Europe to explore one key question: how can we foster meaningful youth participation and agency in our organisations and communities?

Together with colleagues of all ages, we have been exchanging ideas and seeding new ones. In particular, we have focused on strengthening the leadership of young practitioners within organisations, creating spaces for them to connect and learn from one another.
