Succession planning: from words to action

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

We will explore why leadership transition planning is important for community foundations (and beyond), how it can be thoughtfully carried out, and the challenges that might arise.

We will do this through a real-life case study from the Community Foundation of Agrigento and Trapani (Italy), which has recently undergone this process. Viviana Rizzuto, the new Director, will be in conversation with our knowledge partner, Article Org, to delve into the steps taken by the foundation throughout this journey.
