ECFI CFSO Meeting 2022: The Future Is Local and Releasing the Power of Local
This presentation summarises discussions from ECFI’s Community Foundation Support Organisation meetings in Brussels in December 2022. It explores the value of place-based philanthropy, the role of support organisations and the conditions needed for stronger national and international collaboration. UK Community Foundations: The power of connection
This article explores how UK Community Foundations reimagined remote and flexible working after the COVID-19 pandemic by embedding staff within local community foundations across the UK. It reflects on how closer relationships with members, regular in-person visits and long-term thinking can strengthen both organisational learning and the wider community foundation network.
